Loan co-borrowing
Loan co-borrowing is a short-term financial solution that allows you to quickly address an urgent financial need.
By definition, the commitment as a co-borrower is a personal security under which the co-borrower undertakes, toward the creditor, to pay the debtor’s debt if the debtor fails to meet their obligations.
At Mon Petit Prêt, we offer a co-borrowing service for amounts ranging from $400 to $2,000, regardless of your financial situation.
Co-borrowing of lease
If you want to rent a home, but the landlords are reluctant to trust you, you need co-borrowing insurance. Generally it is required if the person wishing to rent the accommodation has a poor credit score or little credit history.
In other words, co-borrowing insurance represents a certain amount which will be determined by your owner. This is the amount your landlord will receive in the event of damage or default on your part.
With a lease co-borrowing, you no longer need to worry when looking for accommodation. Not only will you increase your chances of signing a lease, but you will also have the opportunity to choose the accommodation that suits you for a small annual fee.
